Recruitment Process & Follow-Up Procedures

1. Medical Examination
After final selection, candidates are sent for medical examinations at authorized medical centers approved by the respective embassies of the destination country.

2. Passport & Police Clearance
We assist candidates in obtaining new passports or renewing expired passports.
If required by the employer, we also facilitate the preparation of Police Clearance Certificates and other necessary documentation.

3. Training & Orientation
Candidates who successfully pass interviews or trade tests undergo further training to meet international standards. Training programs include:

• Language training

• Skill development and technical improvement

• Pre-departure orientation

• Information on working environments and living conditions in the host country

• Overview of labor laws and employment regulations of the destination country

4. Visa Processing
Visa applications are submitted to the respective embassies based on block visas or work permits obtained by the employer.

Ticketing & Emigration

Employers may send PTA (Prepaid Ticket Advice) or transfer travel expenses to facilitate timely departure. We arrange air tickets accordingly and obtain Emigration Clearance from the concerned Government authority to ensure smooth and legal overseas deployment.
